SUMMARYThis position helps to maintain clean, safe, sanitary, comfortable and satisfying surroundings for the residents and their families.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESCleans residentapartment homes - including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping,waxing, disinfecting, washing windows, etc.
Empties trash,waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area.
May assist carestaff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, andcommon spaces.
Reports neededrepairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist.
QUALIFICATIONSPrevious housekeeping experience required.
