As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of plastic molding machines and other equipment.
What will you be doing?Operation and monitoring basic standards of plastic injection molding machines.
Minor adjustments of auxiliary equipment, manually changing resins, inspecting molded products and packing products for use in assembly or for shipment.
Produce quality products while meeting expected goals while following standard work of processes to complete tasks safely and efficientlyOperate basic injection molding press functions such as opening/closing molds and purging material.
Operation of machinery and material set-up and shut downStore molded products in appropriate container such as totes or boxes while maintaining proper labeling of finished and work in process products.
Prepare resin dryers by cleaning out the previous material, loading new material and adjusting settings.
Conduct routine cleaning and inspection of equipment to meet 5S and TPM requirements.
Record and submit accurate production and quality data, work records, etc.

Shift Information:
Lavelle Whitewater 3rd shift runs from Monday night at 11 PM to Saturday morning at 7 AMWage Rate:
$18.
75/hour or $19.
75/hour, depending on the position.
Includes the shift premium.
Requirements Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions along with perform basic math calculationsAbility to work at established level of production as appropriate to the job.
Ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds and able to stand on feet for entire shift.
Good physical mobility.
