This position fosters customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and efficient ordering and delivery of parts to end users.
This position also serves in the capacity of Vinyl Associate and is responsible for professionally creating, cutting, and installing vinyl to fulfill purchase orders in a way that meets and/or exceeds customers' expectations and assists in the transportation area as needed.

Do you have proficiency in use of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, internet and email? This position requires the ability to invoice customers for parts with appropriate tax, discounts, freight charges, and payment terms.
Do you see that being a problem? This position requires the answering of incoming phone calls and responds to questions about various aspects of service parts across all product lines.
Examples include questions about vehicle specific application of replacement parts, availability, pricing, and warranty of those parts.
