We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for the dealership side of Nelson's Bus Service to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping the dealership run smoothly.
This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth.
Primary Duties:
- Provide Unit Sales division administrative support with organizing job folders, filing, and ensuring proper documents are retained in job folders as directed by supervisor.
- As directed, review and input data for the Parts division online sales website.
- As directed, provide back up to the administrative team in reviewing parts backorders for proper tracking.
- Provide support in projects across the dealership operations as directed by supervisor and as projects reveal a need for additional administrative support.
This position shall be scheduled in a part-time capacity with the goal of 15-20 hours per week year round.
Periods of time may allow additional hours when dealership operations increase, but this will be scheduled with the employee as time allows and as the workload is necessary.
Additional hours are not guaranteed.
